If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer support through exchanges, store credits, and defined cancellation and refund policies as detailed below.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

A) Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped from the warehouse. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our support channel at the earliest.

B) Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

C) Exceptions

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Discounted or promotional merchandise
• Pre-orders
• International orders
• Customized or personalized items
  
  

2. RETURN POLICY

In case, you receive an item that is damaged/defective/Incorrect/missing, please raise an exchange request for the same product within 48 hours:

A) How to Request

a. Submit your return or exchange request via the KKR Returns Portal (powered by Return Prime)

b. Provide order details and clear images as proof

c. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

B) Return Window

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery

C) Product Availability

If the requested replacement item is available, an exchange will be processed. If unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued

3. RRFUNDS POLICY

A) Refunds for Returned Orders: Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

B) Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

C) Refund Restrictions:

● No return, refund, or cancellation is applicable on Customized Items.

● International orders and customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

● Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

● Returns: Returns/Exchange are only accepted within 15 days of delivery.
